![]() I think this all comes with the fact that they are a fairly new company and still getting the hang of things. I have had alot of emails ignored as well as some strange pricing on their end (there have been times where the pricing on their website for retail customers was lower than wholesale/vendor pricing). On the CS service side of things, I have also had issues with Vvivid. They do this to limit liability to the Vvivid name. It took me a month to realize that zgwholesale is simply Vvivid's eBay handle as opposed to a third party seller of their products. I was planning on ordering a full car wrap.Įdit: And FYI, if you see an eBay vendor named zgwholsale, that is Vvivid. If the mistake was on their part, bite the bullet and take the $10 loss of profits in order to ensure your customer has a good experience. Too low of a price? Then why make the deal in the first place and why wait a week after my order was set to arrive to tell me this? In the meantime, I would have ordered from somewhere else But that's besides the point. Same story with being hung up on, so I used yet another phone to speak with the manager (they claim they had bad reception.), who then told me that I was refunded because they gave me vinyl for "too low a price," and they weren't making money off of the deal. A few hours went by with no phone call I then receive an email from PayPal saying my money was in process of being refunded by Vvivid Vinyl. Once speaking to the manager, I was told that my order was actually never shipped he said he'd call me back as to why within 20 minutes. ![]() I called back again, and was immediately hung up on once I said "hello." This whole thing was very sketchy, so I then used my home telephone (different number) to call them, and used a different name, and asked to speak to the manager. So now, the next day, which is yesterday, I called back and was immediately hung up on once I gave them my invoice number. ![]() I never received a call back, so I waited until the next day. They told me they would call back with my shipping information and tracking within 25 minutes. ![]() About a week after my order was set to arrive, I contacted Vvivid again to inquire about shipping and whatnot. Obviously, I understood they were doing this to save the couple bucks on eBay fees, but I continued anyways as the vinyl was cheap and I've heard good things about its quality however, I guess you certainly do get what you pay for with these guys in terms of customer service. They told me that they were having technical problems with eBay's system and that I should call them to make a transaction. I made an offer through eBay's "Make an Offer" system and was shortly after contacted by Vvivid. I found Vvivid vinyl through eBay about a month ago. ![]()
